Saudi Arabia Business Visa Requirements

1. Passport: Your valid passport must have at least six months of remaining validity and at least two (2) clear visa pages adjacent to each other. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visa stamps.

2. One completed Visa Application Form. Filled-out with a black ink pen or printed. Applications form can be downloaded from our website. Please include your e-mail address on the application. Improperly completed forms may delay the processing of your visa.

3. One passport picture in color, with white background. Photograph (s) must be full-face shots in which the applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or angled-views are NOT accepted.

4. Round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.

5. See Visa Processing Options and fee. You need to pay for Consular Service and for our service.

6. Letter of Authorization for process your visa.

7. Complete the Customer Order Form.

8. A letter addressed to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington, D.C. by the applicant’s employer in the U.S., which confirms the applicant’s position and that he is being sent on a business visit related to his company.  This letter must include the following information:

   • Introduce the applicant, indicating the applicant’s employment status/position held in the company,

   • Nature of the business to be performed,

   • Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.  

   • The letter must be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant..

9. Official invitation from Saudi Arabia addressed to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington, D.C. An electronic invitation letter from a Saudi company. Document certified by both the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The invitation should include:
   
   
   1. ompany’s location type of business,
   2. pplicant’s name, nationality, position,
   3. ength of visa, purpose of travel, and number of entries requested.
   4. he registration number of the host company’s business registration.
      
      
10. For non-U.S. citizens, a copy of the green card or a document confirming legal residence in the U.S.
    
    
11. A money order or cashier’s check for the amount of one hundred and eight U.S. dollars ($108.00) for U.S. passport holders, for both single and multiple entries. For non-U.S. citizens, the visa fee is fifty-four U.S. dollars ($54.00) for a single entry and one hundred and thirty-four U.S. dollars ($134.00) for multiple entries. Cash and personal checks are not accepted.
    
    
12. Log on to https://enjazit.com.sa/ . Click on“Apply for a visa to enter the Kingdom by individuals” (first option of Electronic Services).Complete the online request for a Business/Commercial visa. It is important to record the request number on the application and present it to the Consulate. This form must be completed and submitted on-line using Internet Explorer. In order to complete this form you will need to have a scanned passport photo available and be prepared to pay a processing fee of $10.50 by MasterCard/Visa. After completing the registration it is extremely important to print a copy of the registration and payment confirmation pages to include with your application and sent to1DayUSPassport.com

Notes:

• Visitors should not overstay the time granted by the visa.

• Business visas do not grant the applicant the right to work or to reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Visitors to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must abide by the country’s Islamic laws and regulations and respect its society’s values and traditions.

• The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s laws against drug trafficking are strictly enforced. Violators are subject to severe punishment, which may include the death penalty.

Passport must not contain any evidence of prior or intended travel to Israel: Holders of passports with Israeli stamps form Israeli birthplace in them or choice Jewish religion in application have been refused entry/visas.

Additional Requirements:

• If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, you must first amend your passport to have pages added, or if your passport expires within six months, you must first renew your passport. Before you apply for a Brazil Visa please call us for assistance and further instructions for obtaining or renewing your passport or adding pages to your existing passport book. The Embassy will decide whether to issue the visa on a case by case basis. The Embassy may ask the applicant to provide additional documents.

• Applicants under the age of 16 (sixteen) MUST provide the following documents in addition to the standard requirements stated above:

• Copy of the Birth Certificate (which states the names of both parents).
• Signed Letters of Consent by both parents
• Photocopies of the parents' passports (bio-data page) or valid ID.
